ProMAX 90 Day Risk Free Program
ProMAX Systems offers a 100% refund for 90 days from delivery on MediaHub, 16 Bay & 24 Bay severs with some restrictions.
For qualifying purchases, a MediaHub or Platform Server may be returned for a full refund. This policy covers the ProMAX server, ProMAX Software Upgrades, 8TB SSDs purchased from ProMAX & ProMAX Services. This policy does not cover 3rd party components such as (but not limited to) Hard Disk Drives, 4TB or smaller SSDs, LTO Drives or Libraries, LTO Media, Switches, Ethernet Adapters, Cables, 3rd party software or 3rd party services.
All items must be returned in original condition and original packaging. All shipments must be send via FedEx Air or UPS Air. All shipments must be valued at full price. Any goods returned damaged whether by the customer or in shipping will disqualify the refund. If damaged in shipping ProMAX Systems will make reasonable efforts to participate with the customers shipping claims.
ProMAX Authorized Dealers, may participate but are not required to offer this program. Please inquire with your dealer for details on their participation. Any returns must go through the original purchasing dealer and the refund will be applied from ProMAX Systems to the dealer.
Due to financing restrictions financed or leased systems are not eligible for the 90 Day Risk Free Program.
To enroll your MediaHub in the 90 Day Risk Free program fill our this form prior to the MediaHub shipping. If this form is not filled out prior to shipment your MediaHub server will not have 90 Days Risk Free & returns are subject to a restock fee.
Platform 16 Bay & 24 Bay Servers
Any customer purchasing a Platform 16 or 24 Bay server is required to work with the ProMAX team to create a mutually signed Scope of Work. The Scope of Work signed by both a ProMAX engineer & the end user will enroll your server in the 90 Day Risk Free program.
