Which phone has the best video camera?

There are so many phones with great video cameras these days, but which camera is king of video?

In general, the newest Apple or Samsung phones have consistently produced the best video results for iOS and Android respectively.

However, even with the latest iPhone 11 Pro Max, which most consider to have the best video camera on the market; it's still not quite up to par with DSLRs when it comes to dynamic range and low light shooting.  In a semi well-lit environment these cameras are amazing.

Pixel 4 and the OnePlus 7 Pro also offer very impressive cameras at a lower price than the iPhone 11 Pro & the Samsung S10.

With any of these phones, you are good lighting, a tripod/gimbal and an external mic away from very high quality footage that can be used for many professional purposes that used to require high end cameras.
