Our support team receives some common questions about LTO. A lot of its workflow related and there's a lot more errors and stoppage that comes up because it’s the way that LTO works in general.
A lot of questions on how it works and why do things not make it to tape when you know, it is the last version of what should be written. There's a lot more requirements when files do get sent to tape. So there's a lot of misconceptions of hey I should be able to throw this straight to there and not think about it, but there's a lot more prerequisites to do before you can write to tape.
