Choose The Right Tools For Lifetime Purposes

My wife and I have this special place in Southern California called Lytle Creek. It's a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Lytle Creek is tucked up in the San Gabriel Mountains and requires a little off-roading to get there.

My wife has a great family car, a Mazda CX-5, but whenever we head out to Lytle Creek we leave that at home and take my Jeep. While her car could probably handle the drive out there, we know that my Jeep is built to sustain driving through this type of terrain for a long time.

We see the same thing with video storage and our customers. There are plenty of other good solutions from good companies out there that are high-performance products. They're built for network storage but not specifically built to handle the demanding workflow of a professional video team. These solutions are typically built for managing a home theater, general backup or IT. On day one these products kinda get the job done but once the users start to push the system it can't keep up.

Typically we end up replacing this system when the team that is using them decides it is time for an expansion. Why's that?  It's because the system isn't built for what the video editors need! They aren't build to handle petabytes of video files and have 20+ hitting them at the same time.

The Importance Of Using Right Tools For Your Job

It's really important that you are using the right tools for the job, not just the "good enough" option because that is normally followed with the phrase "for now...". It's critical that you have tools in your arsenal that are built specifically for the purpose you need it for.

We're really trying to change the game here at ProMAX. Click here to see how ProMAX has made it A New Day in Video Storage. We wholeheartedly believe that it is. The reason other products have been doing well is because they are affordable, not necessarily because it was the right product for the customer's needs. So we are trying to change that so you can have a purpose video storage system that's still affordable.

Seriously! Check it out!
