All items are shipped ground (5-7 business days) unless you specify otherwise. Most items are shipped from CA unless we can directly ship it from a manufacturer's warehouse. After your package leaves one of our warehouses, you will receive an email indicating your package has been shipped and it will include a tracking number so you may follow your shipment using the shipping carrier's website.
ProMAX will ship your items using one or more of the following carriers.

ProMAX does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO's. An additional charge will be assessed for delivery to residential locations.
Due to the value of most of our shipments, ProMAX requires signature for all packages. All of our shipments are insured. Please contact us immediately if you have received a damaged packaged or damaged product. Please see our Return Policy for returns.
ProMAX can ship some items internationally. Please contact our sales team directly to understand what products can be shipped out of the US. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. You are responsible for the payment of these fees. For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid, product manuals and instructions may not be in the destination country's language, and the product may not conform to the destination countries voltage standards.
