The 16TB ActiveRAID Expansion from Active Storage allows you to add capacity to an ActiveRAID hard drive array. The expansion chassis is cosmetically and physically identical to the ActiveRAID system.

Adding the expansion system not only increases storage, it also enhances performance. When used together, you'll be able to play 8-streams of 8-bit HD video or 28 streams of 8-bit SD video simultaneously. The ActiveRAID Expansion system must be connected to an ActiveRAID hard drive array to function.
