DV/HDV- One day on-site installation of DV/HDV Video Systems.
Includes delivery (if necessary), installation, and product introduction.ProMax on-site system setup service provides for a one time installation and includes the following:
- Initial, first time installation of new system sold by ProMax Systems Inc
- Connection of external devices sold by ProMax
- Connection of external decks, speakers, monitors, etc agreed in the Statement of Work
- Product introduction to ensure proper functionality of installed system and devices
- Service will be provided during the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, unless other arrangements have been made through ProMax.
- Service is available on ProMax desktops, notebooks, SAN, NAS, and storage devices. ProMax is not obligated to install products purchased from any third party other than ProMax, unless otherwise agreed.
- Not Included With This Service:
- Product. (The services provided under this service description are labor only.)
- Data migration, data transfer, or transfer of applications.
- De-installation or re-installation of product(s) or application(s).
- Any activity such as removal, reinstallation or installation on system(s) at a location(s) other than that
specified on the shipping invoice provided by ProMax.
- Product training not specified on the invoice or Statement of Work.
