With this service, customer's systems can be accessed remotely to provide for quicker tech support resolutions. Extremely useful for those customers where "time is money". This service can cut support incidents from 1 week down to a couple hours. Services “per incident” mean that ProMax will address a single issue or problem on a supported storage device and include follow-up calls, as necessary, on the same issue for up to 3 business days. This service is not available without first activating "ProMax Connect"
