A La Carte Options

Since there is no way to possibly know everything you’ll need at any given time, ProMax has an extensive list of “A La Carte” support services and warranties. We can dispatch a service technician to your facility (limited geographical regions) on an hourly basis to diagnose and repair problems. So even if you chose to forego the one year support package (shame on you) and roll the dice, we still offer a way out of your “ I guess my IT guy couldn’t do it” situation.


Standard On Site Installation Rate Per Hour
(plus any travel expenses outside Southern California)

Can cover (but not limited to) the following services:
  • Setup and maintenance
  • Miscellaneous installations
  • Service call for repair
  • Unique training
  • Migration (from one building to another)

ProMax Storage "Out of warranty" per incident phone support

Per Incident and Multiple Incident Packages – Services “per incident” mean that ProMax will address a single issue or problem on a supported storage device and include follow-up calls, as necessary, on the same issue for up to 3 business days.

ProMax On-site Consultation (per hour, minimum 2 hours)

ProMax will make a trip to the your facility and make recommendations on what equipment to buy to fit a certain budget, need, etc. This is a great service for facilities making changes in phases, which commonly involves SAN setups.

ProMax System Diagnostic

ProMax will diagnose your system and advise of any recommended upgrades and repairs that need to be made. These repairs ARE NOT INCLUDED in the diagnostic fee. ProMax reserves the right to deny any systems for the diagnostic service for any reason.
