Per Incident Phone and Email Support (SAN or Server)
- Covers any SAN, NAS, Server, or Asset Management issues that may arise on a per incident basis
- A one-time charge for one solutions
- May include multiple phone calls
SAN System Configuration and Testing
- This service is for configuring SAN systems and testing that will be performed by ProMAX
ProMAX Custom Scope of Work
- Let ProMAX work closely with you and go over your current workflow and equipment in order to create a custom scope of work that may need to be performed
- A quote will be generated based on the amount of work On-Site and Off-Site that maybe needed as opposed to going with the flat rate
