This price is per seat. A serial number will be attached to each SAN support package.
Includes phone support for:
- Hardware and software installation and setup
- Video related software setup and configuration
- Input/Output of critical functions such as capture, render, and output in video applications
- Proper functionality of operating system
- Setup for storage devices included on ProMax invoice
Services Do Not Include:
- Labor and/or parts replacement for supported products.
- On-site services.
- Support when compatibility of the system to the software is in question or configuration is invalid.
- Third party hardware and software not installed by ProMax.
- Providing software upgrades or new software releases.
- Support for versions of supported products older than one version back from the current version
- Support for freeware or shareware.
- Remote or on-site training services.
- Product keys for activation.
- Recovery of lost data or software.
