ProMax is Back!

Over the past 14 years ProMax has been the "go to guys" for information, assistance, system design, configuration, deployment and support. And as some of you are aware, ProMax went dark there for a couple of months as we reorganized the company under new ownership.

My name is Jess Hartmann and I am extremely proud to let you know that ProMax is back and stronger than ever. I have made a commitment of time, energy, resources and funds, and rehired a substantial number of the very qualified former staff members. Over the next few months we will introduce those folks to you via our newsletter. We are looking forward to continue helping our customers achieve their objectives and are working diligently to make sure we have the appropriate infrastructure in place to support those efforts. The new ProMax is still an authorized reseller for Apple, AJA, Sony, Adobe, AVID and others and will continue to offer systems based on those relationships. ProMax will again be offering excellent pre configured video editing systems to meet a wide range of workflows. We will be offering systems for professionals originating on the RED cameras, XDCAM based systems, HDV systems, DV systems, Beta and Digibeta as well as full featured uncompressed HD systems. Our systems will be configured here at our same facility located at 16 Technology Drive, Suite 104 and 106, Irvine, CA 92618. With a new initiative called Next Day Edit, our goal is to be able to ship a completely configured system featuring either a Kona LHE or a Decklink Intensity Pro as early as the day after order. So we will have some specifically configured systems that can be purchased and shipped the same day. Need some small changes, just add one day. We are very excited about the NDE systems. Remember when you purchase a turnkey system from ProMax - - - When You Get It, You Edit.

As our customer businesses have grown, from one man shops to multiple editor shops, their needs change. ProMax is now better positioned to help those customers work with central storage utilizing today's collaborative workflows. With our new start we will be focusing on helping our customers scale into these shared storage environments. We will also be offering the building blocks as well as full solutions for Storage Networks, and a variety of shared storage systems including new and exciting products from EditShare, and Laird Telemedia.
