Please have the model number(s), serial number(s), and date of purchase before you call for support. If it is possible please call from a telephone near the system in question so that our technicians can be of maximum help diagnosing the problem. Please remember, our support is designed to help you if there is a system problem that is stopping you from finishing your video production. Since we want to keep our tech support personnel available for you if you do experience a problem, please refrain from calling for needs that can be fairly easily addressed by consulting the system or software manuals. For learning purposes, there are some excellent educational resources available such as the Total Training for Premiere video series, Premiere Classroom in a Book, Premiere 5 with a Passion, etc. Similar materials are available for After Effects, Macintosh System 8, audio, lighting and many other areas.
