Return Merchandise Authorization If it becomes necessary for a system to be returned for repair, an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued by ProMax for return to our repair facility. The RMA number should be placed on the outside of the shipping carton in large letters close to the address label. Please do not write on the original box(s). The RMA number should be placed on the address label of the shipping carton. The complete system, including the cables, should be returned in the original packing or in similar packing materials and be shipped prepaid. ProMax will repair the system within 72 hours and will return it prepaid by similar common carrier service as shipped to ProMax. In all cases ProMax is not responsible for the data that is on a disk drive(s). You must backup your data at regular intervals and especially before you ship disk drives. ProMax has the right to refuse a system if an authorized RMA number is not on all cartons that are being returned.
